Evan Wise is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist and music teacher. His eclectic musical background is rooted in delta blues, southern rock and soul, jazz, and world folk traditions. His ongoing exploration and refinement of his own voice mixes and melds these influences into a distinctive sound, whether it's through acoustic or electric guitar, bass, banjo, or ensemble compositions. He holds an honours BFA in music from Concordia University in Montreal.

After years of study Evan is now a certified Alexander Technique teacher. This system of mind-body coordination allows Evan to teach his students freedom and grace on and off of their instrument.
